For the conclusion and performance of an examination/treatment contract, and in order to handle it to your full satisfaction, we require your data (name and residential address).
Data processing is also carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent). I would like to keep you, as a prospective client, informed about my services in a current and targeted manner.
Use of Data
I use your data exclusively for the performance of the contract, for responding to your inquiries, for accounting and billing purposes, and for technical administration.
Your data will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was stored, or if storage becomes impermissible for legal reasons. Data required for billing and accounting purposes is not affected by deletion.
Deletion of data is not possible where I am subject to legal obligations to retain or store such data.
